We ship to our customers almost everywhere in the UK (FREE Standard Delivery). We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand over the orders and control from that point on to one of our delivery partners.
Usually, you'll receive your order within the standard 2-3 working days. But please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us. Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year like Christmas.

RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied or made a mistake you have the right to cancel within __14__ days of placing the order.*
All returns must be postmarked within __14__ days after receiving the item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
*Customers who wish to cancel or replace an order are liable for return postage.
